Dallas Festival of Lights - Grand Diwali Mela organized by Mystic Mandala. Featuring carnival rides, Ram Leela, Diwali bazaar, art contests, dance school performances, children competitions, carnival games, Ram Darbar temple, and USA Fireworks. Free sparklers for first 8,000 children and free mithai for first 500 families. Children 10 and under have free admission.
